HR & Hiring Support Series for Local Businesses - First Workshop

We’re excited to launch a brand-new initiative to support local employers with their HR and hiring needs. In partnership with Cadence Consulting and Pivot Point Career Coaching, the HR & Hiring Support Series will provide practical tools and strategies to help you navigate the challenges of managing and growing your team.

The first workshop takes place Wednesday, October 1, from 5:30 - 8:00 pm at the Seaside Centre. Come ready for a dynamic, engaging, and collaborative session where you’ll leave with a practical “toolkit” to address real-life HR challenges and strengthen your approach to employee management.

This is just the start of an ongoing series of workshops exploring the full life cycle of the employee. Based on feedback from our recent survey, future sessions will dive into the topics local businesses said matter most.

Tickets are just $15, with proceeds donated to a local youth employment organization.
